1. Product Care & Quality

Q: Will the jewellery polish fade or turn black? A: Our jewellery is crafted with high-quality plating. However, imitation jewellery should be kept away from water, perfumes, and chemicals. To ensure the polish lasts long, store your pieces in an airtight pouch after use.

2. Shipping & Delivery (India)

Q: How long will it take to receive my order? A: We usually dispatch orders within 24–48 hours. Depending on your location, it takes 3–5 business days for delivery to metro cities and 5–7 days for other regions in India.

Q: Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)? A: Apologies, we aren't offering COD service.

3. Returns & Refunds

Q: What if I receive a damaged product? A: We take great care in packaging, but if you receive a damaged item, please contact us on WhatsApp at +91 [9307713248] within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video. This video is mandatory for us to process your replacement.

Q: Can I return the product if I don’t like it? A: Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or wrong. Please read the product description carefully before purchasing.
