Thank you for shopping with Abhini Jewels! We’re committed to delivering your jewellery safely and promptly. Please review our shipping terms below:

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Please make sure your delivery address is complete and accurate. Abhini Jewels will not be responsible for delays due to incorrect address or unavailability at the time of delivery.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India using trusted courier partners.
Delivery timelines range from 3–10 business days, depending on your location.
Once shipped, a tracking link will be shared via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.
In case of any Replacement then replacement order will be delivered in 5 to 7 Business days.
Free shipping is available on orders.
International shipping is not available at the moment.

Failed Delivery & Re-shipping

If the courier is unable to deliver the package due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, it will be returned to us.
Re-shipping can be arranged, but additional charges may apply.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the provided address.

In Case of Damaged or Incorrect Products

Kindly contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Share a clear unboxing video and photos for faster assessment.
Based on the issue, we will offer either a replacement or credited back to original mode of payment at our discretion.
